Once each month Valley of Peace parishioners cook and serve food at the Souper Supper Dining Room, which provides hot meals to those in need.

Souper Supper is a private, non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers at St. Charles Catholic Church in Hailey. Crews are made up of civic organizations, faith groups, public and private school groups, and teams of friends. Both monetary and food donations are provided by individuals and businesses in the community.
